My Philosophy
Servitude is Stylish.
From her corporate and entrepreneurship experience, Germanee intimately understands professional women’s pressure to exceed expectations. She noticed how high-performing executives and driven entrepreneurs could shatter glass ceilings in their line of work, but feel stuck in their styling choices with clothing that didn’t fit their personality or image.

It wasn’t until receiving a promotion offer after working ten years at Gap that Germanee stepped off the corporate ladder. In faith, she created her own career path, going full-time with GG&Co Styling Firm in 2018 and becoming a promising thought leader in the industry.

Over a transformative decade at Gap Inc., Germanee’s journey ascended from a store associate and Retail Management Trainee to a driven Merchandiser, fueled by an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer experiences and a mission to empower individuals through style.
Niche-Defining Breakthrough
In infancy, GG&Co Styling Firm’s mission was to inspire young Bay Area professionals by nurturing confidence in the workplace through style, with empowering Sip N’ Style events. Gaining recognition, a defining moment came when Germanee, styled marketing maven Bozoma Saint John, propelling her into the realm of renowned personal stylists.
The Big Leap
In 2017, coinciding with her ten-year anniversary at Gap Inc, Germanee transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship as a Brand & Image Stylist, specializing in empowering high-achieving women to refine their brand image through dynamic style.
